I figure that it's the new year, and therefore time to get the ball rolling on the next Legacy Team. This way, we can have 11 months to finish!
Let's run this poll until the end of January, 2007.
Please vote only if you are willing to contribute a fig to the effort. |

Oops - voted before I read the first post - count Undead as one less because I can't paint for toffee
I just look at the Legacy Team thread to fuel my jealousy!

23 votes and 7 replies with peope saying they want to take part ... There´s a small difference here ...
And I like big hat CDs much more than the older ones. But I already have a CD team and painting the hats is a pain in the ass. |

A lot can change in the final two weeks of voting! Remember that we have one withdrawal of a vote on the Undead. So it's pretty close.
Personally, I voted Dwarf...

Well really if you voted you are saying that you want to take part ( or at least that is what I had assumed by the first message in the thread).
I voted (undead) but will happily paint whatever - prefer to do some more conversions with plastics though!

We had a voter who didn't read the post enough until after he voted for undead. He claims he can't paint. I say, try anyway! But he withdrew his vote. |

I can paint - just not to the standard that would be expected of a Legacy team - and being colourblind doesn't help!

I have only just got into the legacy team thing, beginning with the rotters for 2006. But from what I know, there is not set standard that people are expected to achieve in order to be a legacy team painter.
If I were to win one of the teams, I would not be so worried about the quality of the othert paint jobs, to be honest. I would just be happy to have a team that is the collective contribution of many NAF coaches - no matter what their paint jobs are like.
Do it to be part of something that will go down in history. To me it is a cool way to leave my mark. |
