Ok guys i know the WA rule is if you declare a blitz and roll a 1 you lose your blitz for the turn as he roars...

However is it just me or are Really stupid and Bone headed are bascally the only big fellas now that actually get away with out losing there blitz action for the turn, now since it is an optional block when moving??? So all you have to do is see if he rolls a 1 and then if they roll a 2+or more then its ok, then you can decide to do a blitz with them???

so the down side to this is WA players are they loses the only blitz for the turn, can't move & BH & RS players loose there tackle zones and can't do a thing... until they roll a successful roll for the skill.

is this how it is???

You have to declare your action, then roll to see if they can perform it. A Bonehead/Stupid player declaring a blitz, then going dumb wastes the blitz (or pass, handoff, foul, etc)

though you di have the option to block or not during a Blitz Action, you only get that option if you do declare before moving that the player is taking a Blitz Action.

...and then if the player goes stupid, then they not only lose the chance to blitz, they cost you the chance for any player to do it on your team on that given turn.

However the BH and RS guys DO lose their tackle zones where the WA player will not.
