We are a bit worried we are packing the schedule too much by trying to have 7 games for the CCKO this year.
We want people to get to play as much as possible but we also want our travellers to get home at a reasonable time. With a game time limit and turn timers, we will finish pretty much on time, like we did at Deathbowl (pretty much).
However, if people want to leave before 5.30/6 pm or think 7 games is just too much bloodbowl then please make it known.
One thing to consider is the draft, as we want to get to play a few games with the new skills before the end of the tournie.
That was a big reason for 7 games, so people can play 3 games with their newly drafted skills.
Another way to do that could be to have 3 games, then the draft then game 4, on saturday. With just game 5 and 6 on sunday and an early trip home.
We could also just have 2 post draft games.
we could have 3 post draft games by playing 3 games on each day but that doesn;t make us finish earlier on sunday
please vote to express your preferences |

I would like to make the trek home as early as possible. Especially considering the weather conditions at that time of year. |

Does not really bother me either way, but the draft [I feel] would be disruptive to the flow of the tourny and most likely drag out the first day if done after the 3rd game. |

I voted for the early trip home as well, but for more games post-draft. I am not concerned about the flow of the tourney, not do I give two <censored> about the feng shui, chi or any of that other hippy crap that Eric spouts on about.
I don't care what time the games finish on Saturday - so long as I still have time to do some drinking afterwards!
EDIT - the whole idea of having the four games in one day was just for that reason - that when we were doing Deathbowl (while still in Montreal) and Q'ermitt- it was decided that it would be better to do a six game tourney with 4 games on the first day and 2 on the second so that people could still get home at a decent hour. |

I voted front loaded early draft. As I don't travel, 7 games would have been fun. But putting myself in the shoes of the travellers, I have to vote for the 4 games on the Saturday dn 2 on Sunday. I prefer playing 3 games with the new skills. But if somebody's "chi" get severly disturbed, I can deal with only two post-draft game. I'm not sure I have "chi", so don't know if it can be disturbed. .
Either way, I'll play whatever we chose to play. |

If we keep with the tighter time line and only play 6 games, everyone could be on their way home by 2-3pm. Meaning getting home at a reasonable hour. |
