What Teams are sudjested against Lizardmen and Highelfs for good matchups?

I think Dwarfs are a nice team against Lizards...but maybe not so friendly. 
All that Tackle against all that stunty/dodge isn't fun...and all that Block and AV 9 will help to nullify the Str 4. (Then again...all that speed against to poor slow dwarfs might be unfair.)
I'd say Wood Elves maybe...get strip ball on the WarDancer and the skinks will have trouble keeping the ball. (And the Elves can keep-up with the Skinks) |

| Dwarves have a big advantage over both, so not so friendly. I'd recommend maybe Orcs or Norse for variety. |
