Hi guys
Just wondering what you<re using to unglue parts from your figs. I'm in the process of converting some chaos beastmen and warriors but would like to take off the arms. I think that crazy glue was used and the figs are all plastic.
Thanks for the help! |

Actually I've recently converted some beastmen and warriors myself that I salvaged from a FLGS bitz box and some were in fact super glued together. For the most part the ones with superglue popped loose with a little twisting. I was careful minding the plastic. When that wasn't enough, a hobby knife inserted into the joint would seperate them. Super glue is not that great, especially with smooth plastic. |

I think there are super-glue solvents. The thing is make sure it won't burn down your figures like industrial grade super acid wash boil of death. "Works every time." |

Perhaps it will suprise you, but putting them in the freezer for a full night will weaken the glue enough to do it easier.
After that, pressure with hands, help with knife or small child with a rock |

if they;re plastic it would probablt be stuck with polystyrene cement which melts the plastic together .......... good luck on that one |
