Post subject: Is Cyberhare still a contact?

Hi All
Looking at the FAQs, in order to get a name change it states to contact Cyberhare. I sent a PM and it is still in the 'Outbox' since 29 March. Are the FAQs still correct or does the contact need to be updated?
