Got dbl 4's on a rookie mino. I am leaning twords claw so the cas count will go up and give him pilling on next. Or block to make him a little bit more reliable. Thoughts??

Thanks in advance

If I were ever lucky enough to roll double for my CD mino, I would give him claws in a heartbeat! It makes him so much more dangerous (assuming you play opponents with more than av 7).

block makes him more dangerous against most opponents at the early stages, means his less likely to cause turn overs AND less likely to get knocked down.

I'd take block over +st so my advice is definately to take block

Mino = Minotaur?

What team do you play with? Chaos or Chaos Dwarfs?

Well whatever team you play I´ll will go with Block since both teams are able to get the mutant skills on other players, they can easely get a guy with Claw/Mighty Blow/Piling On combo. I personaly never want my Wild Animal Player on the ground because he so often has trouble to get back up on his "feet".

Agree with all of the above.
Block, sounds like too normal (for a double I mean) but thats the perfect first skill for any big guy.
It will save you a lot of headaches from "both down's"...

I'd have thought the CD in the title would give it away. Wink

Normally I'd take Block as a double on a Big Guy but with Horns he gets 3 Dice Blitzs so easily which negates the need for Block to a certain extent.

Block all the way. If you are lucky enough for another double then take claw.

Normally I'd expect to see the CDs get Claw on doubles - and over 6 dwarves you should get couple with claw in the first couple of skill ups. Unless you are exclusively playing Dwarves and Orcs then you don't need much more than that IMO.

yeah i think its useually best to spread your doubles a bit in a mixed league. Claw is scary, but so is tentacles if your an elf for example. Foul appearence, passblock combo is also annoying as hell, or even prehaps, diving tackle, prehensile tail.

but for now BLOCK is the way to go every time on the big guys
