You have to do the three scatters and only if the final scatter would have the thrown player land on another player is there need for armour rolls. Both players are placed prone and armour rolls made.
So the scatter will not stop prematurely.

the ONLY thing that stops rolling the 3 scatter is if one of the first two takes the player out of bounds.

So, in the instance of an accurately thrown teammate, is the thrower awarded SPP's for a completion? only asking for my Treeman today (local league & I had two accurates with him.. very shocking) |

No. Since TTMs without the ball aren't often turnovers the risk-reward ratio would be too high so it would be too easy to skill up your trees with easy completions.
Some leagues have a house rule saying that passes with a ball carrying stunty do earn completion SPPs for an accurate throw and successful landing. |

you are correct
you are not allowed to throw the ball and a team mate in the same turn (though you can throw a team mate holding the ball) |

I was under the impression that a thrown team mate is always inaccurate. |

They are now, but back in 2006 (when the question was asked), they could be accurate. |
