I am the current commissioner in my local Blood Bowl League. One of the coaches is insisting that a successful Dump Off counts as a completion (for Star Player Points)since the skill allows a quick pass. I have been saying it does not since a pass action can only be taken on your turn and must be declared. The Dump off is a reaction skill.
The coach pointed out this paragraph on page 26.
Completions (COMP): A player who makes an accurate pass that is caught by the intended receiver from his own team when the ball comes to rest earns 1 Star Player point. This is called a completion.
This debate started when I took over as commissioner and the coach started playing Dark Elves. Any feedback would be welcomed. |

He's right. As noted, the qualifications for a completion don't say anything about a pass action. |

Gaixo already gave the answer, in case you need even more back up you do get 1 SPP for an accurately completed Dump Off |
