Where Can I find this rule?

It is not in the Living Rule Book.

Can some one tell me where to find the exact rule for it?

Thanks

No, not dumb or unobservant, probably just expecting the rules to be in a logical place Wink

Can you argue any IP call, for a wild animal for example or forgetting to move the turn marker?

LRB pp18 1st paragraph

      Quote:
In order to represent this, every time the referee sends off one or more of your players, or issues an illegal procedure call against you, or bans the use of a secret weapon, you may argue the call with him.

Cheers, I kinda knew that already, but people often seem to forget that they have a chance to argue with the referee even with the turn marker case, just wanted to make sure I wasn't misinterpreting the rules. And it's always nice to get a second opinion...
