Standard roster is to start with 1 CW, 10 Beasts and max out FF and TRR. After that Chaos are very versatile - but tend to prefer hitting people. Big Hand is a good skill for a beastie - and so is Dauntless.
Use the beasts to blitz (horns is quite useful) and CWs to block. |

No Stars I presume. If there are take Lord Borak and an Ogre or Troll.
Otherwise I'd recommend
3 CW, 9 Beastmen, 2 FF, 2TRR. Skills - Sure Hands on Beastie. Block on all the CWs. Then block on a beastie.
Gives you 12 men and a lot of strength. If you want swap a Beast for an apoth and +1FF.
On offence run a tight cage using your CWs as corner men and bashing the opposition to hell. Use the beasties to blitz.
Chaos are a very poor tournament team - they start off very weak but after ~10 games start to become really nasty. |

You will never have an effective strategy for KAOS... the highly trained agents of CONTROL like Maxwell Smart and Agent 99 will always defeat you... |

Okay 1.1 mil
4 CW, 8 Beasts, 3 TRR, 1FF. Or drop a TRR for 8FF instead. Without any skills I reckon 3 TRR is a minimum.
With 4 Str 4 players you shouldn't be too troubled by the odd big guy or mummies. |

Yeah, don't ever play chaos for a tournament. Everybody will outdo you - undead in strength (piling on mummies will take your CW one by one), norse and dwarves in the number of players standing up, and elves, well, you can guess...
Chaos are useful as a long term investment. Otherwise, avoid that them at all costs, unless you're a of course such a lucky player that your race choice does not matter anyway... |
