The Three Kingdoms Challenge is Florida's Premiere Blood Bowl Event for 2019. 15 Years Ago the TKC was the Manhandle in the Panhandle bringing in coaches from all around Florida, the USA and the World. 2019 is the year the TKC comes home and you are all invited to join us as we make Blood Bowl history again with this LEGENDARY event!!!

What to Bring:
1) Your painted Blood Bowl team-- Feel free to bring any team from any designer but your entire team MUST be painted. The team must have its players numbered clearly. The models you use MUST represent the position being played. Skills must be easily identifiable.
2) 2 copies of your team roster-- one for your opponents and one for use during games. Your roster will be officially submitted to event organizers no later than FEBRUARY 24th.
3) Your Blood Bowl Blocking Dice, templates, assorted bits, board, dugouts, etc. You have the option of using NAF or GW dice in addition to the tournament dice provided.
What You Get:
1) 5 Rounds of Blood Bowl
2) This will be a VOODOO tournament so earn those points
3) All coaches will receive FREE SWAG just for playing and there will be trophies, award prizes and random prizes.
Tournament Format:
Tournament will be a Swiss style, resurrection tournament. So any injuries your team suffers will not carry over to the next game. Each round will see a coach play against a random opponent. In each subsequent round, the highest ranked player plays the next highest ranked player they have not previously played. The roster you start the tournament with will be the same for each round you play.
The 4 Minute turn rule will not be used unless the Tournament organizer feels your game is in danger of not completing in the time limit. He may insist on a timer being used and enforcing the 4 minute turn rule.

We will be using BB2016 rules pack in combination with the NAF guidelines for tournaments found here: https://www.thenaf.net/tournaments/nafdocs/
There will be no overtime.
In the spirit of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedures will not be called -- please simply bring the issue to your opponent's attention and ask that he/she move their marker.
TEAM & SQUAD CREATION:
Each coach builds their team with a treasury consisting of 1,200,000 gold crowns.
A Squad of 3 will form their unique team which will consist of a coach playing a team from each TIER.
All 26 NAF approved races will be allowed, which includes Khorne and Brettonians.
No inducements are available to any teams with the following exceptions: Goblins may buy 0-3 bribes and Halflings may
buy 0-1 master chef.
All skills will be chosen before the tournament and will stay the same for all matches throughout the tournament. See the tier chart below for information on how many and which type of skills your selected team can choose. Skill stacking or stat upgrades are not allowed for this event
Tier 1 - Wood Elf, Undead, Lizardmen, Skaven, Dwarf, Chaos Dwarf, Orcs, Dark Elf, Norse, Amazon, Bretonnian
6 normal skills
Tier 2 - Chaos, Chaos Pact, Human, Khemri, Slann, Necromantic, High Elf, Elf, Nurgle, Vampire, Underworld, Khorne
7 normal skills & 1 double skill
Tier 3 - Halfling, Goblin, Ogre
6 normal skills & 2 double skills
SCORING:
Tournament points will be earned as a TEAM and Per INDIVIDUAL with the emphasis on the TEAM.
The event will give priority to team wins over individual wins
Should a Team win their tie they will get 2 point
Should a Team Draw their tie they will get 1 point
Should a Team Lose their tie they will get 0 point
In the event of an equal score, the first tie breaker will be individual score based
on the W/D/L of the individuals in the team
An individual win is worth 2 points
A draw is worth 1 point
A loss worth 0 points
The second tie breaker will be Head to Head for the respective Nations or Teams
The third tie breaker will be Strength of Schedule
The fourth tie breaker will be Team NET TD + NET CAS
