We Are The Law: (Fouling/Bribes/Secret Weapons)
Fouling: The PoPo’s tournaments are watched over by Investigators from Internal Affairs. After rolling to see if you are caught fouling per the normal rules, if the player was NOT caught, roll 1d6. On a 1-4, the player has been caught and is sent to jail to be tased repeatedly (Bribe may be used as normal to prevent this). Being sent off in this way counts as a casualty for the other team. On a 5 or a 6 the player is not caught fouling and play continues as normal. Goblin teams ignore this rule due to their yearly “donations” to the police officer’s ball. (To think, who knew cops had balls.)

Bribes: Useable per normal rules, usable after 1d6 roll of 1-4 to see if player is sent off.

Secret Weapons: All secret weapons are treated as per the normal rules (sent off after one drive with bribes and arguing the call working per normal rules). “Police Equipment” are not secret weapons. We gave you the tools to use!

Special abilities to use during the course of the tournament:
Once per Game:
“Don’t Taze Me Bro!” – Once a Game, at any time / You may take a player from your K.O. box and move it to the Reserves box. Usable at any time. (You know, because Tasers totally double as AEDs)

“Taser, Taser, Taser” – Once a Game, on your turn at the beginning or end of your turn ONLY (Special Consideration: If you have a player standing within 3 squares of an opponent player who has possession of the ball AND can run the ball into the endzone without making a single die roll, you may attempt to “Tase” them.) / Roll a d6. On a 4+ the Taser probes have good connection. This immediately causes a “Stunned” injury affect and the ball scatters normally from the space it currently occupies. This is a separate action that can be performed after a move action but not a blitz/block action.

“Waldo Speed Trap” – Once a Game / All players on the opponent’s team are unable to use the “Sprint” skill and “Going for It” rolls now require a 4+ to succeed for one turn. Failing a Go For It roll during this time will result in the player being sent to the dungeons for speeding. The player is locked away dealing with release paperwork for the rest of the match.

(OPTIONAL) “The Right to Remain Silent” – Once a Game, at any time / Force opponent coach to remain silent until the end of the current drive. If the coach talks, they forfeit a magic potion. If the coach has no magic potions left, the player receives a bribe at no cost immediately. Does not apply to “Police Brutality” Special Play Card activation. This is completely optional and must be approved by both coaches.

Once per Tournament:
“Police Brutality” – Once a Tournament / After a casualty is rolled on one of your players, you can state “Police Brutality” to roll 1d6. On a 4+, your player remains on the pitch in the last square he occupied (after pushes) stunned. On a 1-3, the player is placed in the reserves box due to interference from the team lawyers. Playable only after an injury roll is made on one of your players in which the injury roll resulted in a casualty. (No good deed goes unpunished)

Police Equipment: Collapsible Baton – One player receives the “Might Blow” skill for one game.

Police Equipment: Handcuffs – One player receives the “Claws” skill for one game.

Police Equipment: Rip Hobble – One player receives the “Grab” skill for one game.
