The Barrel Bash will also have the following Special Rule:
Barrel Bash Brothers! The boys are out for a night on the town. Each team will have 2 Barrel Bash Brothers. 1 Bash Brother will be chosen from one of the positional players on your team. The other must be a 0-12 player on your team.
- During this tournament, your Bash Brothers work in unison together. Should one of your bash brothers get knocked out or sustains a casualty, the other gains +1 ST and Frenzy. At the beginning of every remaining drive, Roll a d6 for the remaining bash brother. On a 1,2, or 3 the remaining bash brother joins the other in the knock outs or casualties box. On a 4 or 5 the remaining brother returns to the field. On a 6, he was able to wake his brother up and they both return to the field, losing the +1 ST and Frenzy.
- in addition to working in unison the Bash Brothers have been into the team ale. And will gain the following skills/stats as the tournament goes on. These stack and once gained will remain for the remainder of the tournament. Should the player already have the said skill, no effect will take place.
- Game 1 – No effect
- Game 2 – Bash Brothers gain Block
- Game 3 – Bash Brothers Gain Mighty Blow and -1 AG
- Game 4 – Bash Brothers must use the throw in template to move as they have had a lot to drink and cannot walk straight. They also lose access to any Agility Skill they may have had.
- Bashers still have hands and can handle the ball.
- A block action can still be taken without using the throw in template
- A blitz action can still be taken. The basher will throw a block against the first figure, friendly or opponent, they come in contact with.
- When moving, if a figure is in the square you are moving to, you stand still and lose that movement point. If you have remaining movement points, you may continue to attempt to move.
- movement out of tackle zones still require dodge rolls.
The Player with the most points will be the tournament champion
