Special rules

As we are in the depths of winter there is a change to the weather table that is rolled during games as shown below. Also all the pitches have frozen over.

After the ball bounces it slides one more square in the same direction. Also when a player is Knocked down they slide in a random direction. Note they can not slide into an occupied space and if they slide into the ball, the ball bounces. It is assumed that the players have been given skates so they can play in these dangerous conditions

The weather table is as follows:

2 – Blizzard: It's cold and snowing! The ice on the pitch means that any player attempting to move an extra square (GFI) will slip and be Knocked Down on a roll of 1-2, while the snow means that only quick or short passes can be attempted
3 – Very Sunny: A glorious day, but the blinding sunshine causes a -1 modifier on all passing rolls
4 to 10 - Nice: Perfect Blood Bowl weather.
11 – Very Sunny: A glorious day, but the blinding sunshine causes a -1 modifier on all passing rolls
12 – Blizzard: It's cold and snowing! The ice on the pitch means that any player attempting to move an extra square (GFI) will slip and be Knocked Down on a roll of 1-2, while the snow means that only quick or short passes can be attempted
