What to Bring:
1) Your painted Blood Bowl team—Required 3 color minimum. The team must have its players numbered clearly. The models you use MUST CLEARLY represent the position being played. 3rd party models are allowed
2) 4 copies of your team roster-- one for yourself and one for each of your opponents
3) Your Blood Bowl Blocking Dice, templates, assorted bits, board, dugouts, etc.
Tournament Format:
Tournament will be a Swiss style, resurrection tournament. Any injuries your team suffers will not carry over to the next game. First round will be a random draw. In each subsequent round, the highest ranked player plays the next highest ranked player they have not previously played. The roster you start the tournament with will be the same for each round you play.
Rules:
-We will be using NAF 2020 Rules for Tournaments found here:

-Pile-On will be as written in the CRP and will not require a team reroll.
-In addition, the new Spike Magazine Lizardman and Ogre team adjustments will also be allowed.
-Please note that there is no inducement phase so the disposable skill has no effect on rosters.
-There will be no overtime.
-In the spirit of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedures will not be called -- please simply bring the issue to your opponent's attention and ask that he/she move their marker.
-All 26 NAF approved races will be allowed, which includes Slann, Khorne and Brettonians.
-Journeymen, Special Play cards, Mercenaries, and Wizards (including special wizards) are NOT ALLOWED
-All rosters must have 11 players before adding stars

Team Creation:
Starting team value will be 1.15 million
Skills-
150k of your total team value may be used to purchased skills (20k reg, 30k double).
No stat increases are allowed
No player may have more than 2 additional skills
No skill may be taken more than 3 times (ie 3 block or guard).
(example, 1.0m value of lizards with 150k in skills or 1.15m of undead and 0 skills)
ALSO in addition to your 1.15m roster!
***Year of the leap:***
Non-Slann Teams: Each coach will select 3 UNSKILLED LINEMAN (0-16) positionals to get the LEAP skill for FREE
Slann: A Slann Coach will instead gain 3 skills (normal or double) on UNSKILLED LINEFROGS (0-16) for FREE.

The 2 hours and 15 minute rounds will be enforced. You will receive ‘Time Remaining’ updates from the Tournament Organizer to help you stay on pace. We will play even turns but only award "Finished On Time" bonus to matches that are completed before the buzzer.
The 4 Minute turn rule will not be used unless the Tournament organizer feels your game is in danger of not completing in the time limit. He may insist on a timer being used and enforcing the 4 minute turn rule.
Scoring:
Tournament points may be gained in several ways from your matches.
Points from Game Play
Points from game play are as follows:

During the tournament, additional points may be earned. They are as follows:
Lost by 1 Touchdown = +2 pts
Caused 2 more CAS from Blocking than Opp. = +2 pts
Caused 3 or more CAS from Blocking than Opp. = +5 pts
Cleared the Pitch (1 per Match) = +5 pts
Won by 2 Touchdowns = +2 pts
Won by 3 or more Touchdowns = +5 pts
Get a One-Turn Score (1 per Match) = +5 pts
* For the sake of bonuses, cas caused by blocks, Fouls, and Surfs all count.
K.A.I.R.N. Stones:
This tournament is part of the K.A.I.R.N. Stone tournament series. This is a Colorado based tournament series and has no other benefit besides additional trophies annually for best Colorado tournament player.
