Cost and what to Bring REGISTRATION
$15 if NAF member, $20 if not; PRE-REGISTER (30nov20)
$25 AND $30 on day of event.
• 4 copies of your team roster.
• Dice (1d8, 3 block dice),
• Blood Bowl board, dugouts and templates (some of these will be on-hand, but better safe than sorry).
• Your painted team
• Pen or pencil.
What you get & Swag • 3 Games of Blood Bowl.
• Custom dice: 2d6.
Event Rules 1. Turns will not be timed, unless a game is obviously falling behind schedule or one coach REQUEST. If a game is not finished within 2 hours, coaches will be given time to finish their last turn(s) and then it will be halted. (If a game is timed, a chess clock app should be used. If one coach’s allotted time expires, he is only allowed to stand players up or turn them over from stunned to prone. These moves should be done as quickly as possible.)
2. Rosters reset after every round. This means that injured players are restored to health and players gained through Raise the Dead are lost. This also means that there are no earnings or Fan Factor increases.
3. NAF 2020 Rule Set will be used.

Last Place (fewest tournament points - not including painting points) -Stunty Cup (Note: All Stunty Cup teams may select Star Players and other inducements as usual, barring Wizards and Special Play Cards.)
Scheduling & Ranking Format Swiss Pairing: The tournament will be conducted using the Swiss method of pairing. This means that after the first round (in which pairs will be selected randomly, but with an eye toward separating coaches from the same hometown or league), coaches will play against those coaches that have performed most similarly. So the coach with the most points will play against the coach with the second most points, etc.
A coach will receive the following points, to be recorded after each round of play: • +3 Win • +1 Draw • 0 Loss • -1 Forfeit or concession.

Roster Build and Creation Tournament teams may be purchased using 1,150,000 GC.
All teams from the NAF lists may be taken:
Star players appearing in editions of the Spike Journal may also be used except the Golden Era Stars. Igor or Apoth cannot be used on star players.
All inducements are allowed, with the exception of: o Mercenaries o Special Play Cards
Teams must have 11 players before a Star Player is added. Star Players may not be chosen as a team's 11th rostered player.
If opposing teams have the same star player, odds are they’re both inferior fakes. Both will have to sit.

After team is built, you are given +150,000 gold pieces to buy Normal and/or Doubles skills
Skills Normally available to that player type cost 20,000 each
Skills that would require a doubles Roll cost 30,000 each
You MAY NOT purchase any stat upgrades
You may give each player up to 2 additional skills
ie Human Blitzer can be given Mighty Blow & Dodge in addition to already having Block
Your team may only take up to 4 of each skill total
Ie 4 Dwarf Blockers can be given Guard, but you cannot give Guard to anyone else |
