Information
The 2020 rules are coming... are you set in your ways, or will you embrace change? Tzeentch, the Chaos God of Change, Evolution, Intrigue and Sorcery is sponsoring a Sevens Tournament in which you decide who will be the architect of your team's fate... will you remain stuck in your ways and cling to "control" over your fate, or will you embrace destiny?

Blood Bowl Sevens is a shorter, quicker version of the sport played on a smaller pitch by players who weren’t quite good enough to make it into the big leagues.

We will be using the official NAF ruleset which can be found here: https://www.thenaf.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Blood-Bowl-Sevens-2019.pdf

IN SHORT:
- All 27 Blood Bowl 2016 races are available (including Snotlings!). No 2020 races or 2020 rosters.
- No star players are allowed
- 600,000 to spend on your team
- You must hire 7 and up to 11 players, and only 4 non-linemen types allowed
- Re-rolls cost double (they’re amateurs)
- Inducements must be bought at team creation. Halflings may take a chef for 100k and snots and goblins may take bribes for 50k. Teams may hire assistant coaches, cheerleaders, fan factor or babes as usual - Ogres and Snots may take the Riotous Rookies inducement at normal cost. No extra team training, wizards or infamous coaching staff may be induced.
- Apothecaries and Igors may be induced, but they’re also amateurs so only work on a d6 roll of 4+

Skill selection will be the same base structure as we usually use (1 normal skill per tier, plus either Leader or another normal skill), BUT instead of the skills, your team will be given the 2020 spp points that would be required for you to "choose" those skills. You will get to allocate those spp for skills EACH ROUND, though you can keep the allocation the same if you want and have chosen skills rather than taken random skills. Or you can embrace random skills...

SKILLS:
- Each team is allowed to give some players additional skills within the restrictions below.
- Each team chooses 1 player to be the Team Captain - they gain the Leader skill. The Team Captain can swap the Leader skill for 6 SPP in addition to the SPP allocated below if they so wish.
- Teams will have a number of additional SPP based on Tier ratings.
- No player can be given more than 2 additional skills as discussed below (this includes the Team Captain, who already has his or her additional skill)
- Tier 1: (6 SPP [old system gave 1 skill that had to be normal]) - Amazon, Brettonian, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardmen, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elf
- Tier 2: (18 SPP [old system gave 2 skills, 1 could be a double]) - Chaos, Chaos Renegades, Elf, High Elf, Human, Khemri, Khorne, Necromantic, Nurgle, Slann, Underworld, Vampire
- Tier 3: (30 SPP [old system gave 3 skills, 2 could be a double]) - Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, Snotling.

You may put up to 2 skills on a single player (Leader counts as one of the skills), using the 2020 SPP allocations for skills:
First skill: 3 spp for random normal skill, 6 spp for chosen normal skill or random double skill, 12 spp for chosen double skill.

Second skill: 4 spp for random normal skill, 8 spp for chosen normal skill or random double skill, 14 spp for chosen double skill.
