It is fairly close to Helsingør train station and there is usually a lot of parking spaces close by on the street.
FOOD AND DRINK(S)
The tournament fee includes three meals and drinks.
Running out of beer would be considered the ultimate failure in organizing The Gardenbowl. There will also be soft drinks in moderate quantities.
The evening meal will be, just like the other meals, nothing special so don’t get your hopes up.
Any extra cash left will be used to close the hole from Danish open.

RULESET:
General rules
We play by the official second season rules and recommendations following “Rules for NAF Tournaments 2021” - including the two extra races (Daemons of Khorne & Slann):
https://www.thenaf.net/.../NAF-Rules-for-Tournaments-2021...
All the races can be found here:
https://bloodbowlhelp.files.wordpress.com/.../blood-bowl...
Recommended roster tool for team building:
https://bloodbowlhelp.wordpress.com/.../excel-roster.../
The tournament is a resurrection and no progression tournament, so every game is played with the roster you create before the tournament starts.
Inducements
Any inducements bought are added permanently to your roster.
All star players released for Season 2 are allowed, if given access by goldbars.
Two teams can field the same Star Player.
Assistant coaches, Bribes, Cheerleaders, Halfling Master Chef, Mortuary assistant, Plague doctor, Riotous rookies and Weather mage are allowed.
Teams with the Bribery and corruption rules: Goblins, Snotlings, Underworld and The Black ork team purchase bribes at a prize of 50.000 gp.
Teams with the Halfling thimble cup rules: Halflings can purchase a Halfling master chef at a prize of 50.000 gp.
Creating a roster
Every team gets 1,100,000 gold coins to spend in accordance with the standard rules for creating a blood bowl roster.
Skills and tier bonuses
All teams get some starting Star player points (SPP) to purchase skills with. Lower tiers get extra SPP and/or gold bars that can be spent to get extra skills, gold pieces or star player access.
Skills
A chosen Primary skill can be given to a rookie player for 6 SPP.
A chosen Secondary skill can be given to a rookie player for 12 SPP.
A player that has already been given one Skill, can be given a second Skill in the form of:
• a chosen Primary Skill for another 8 SPP.
• or a chosen Secondary Skill for another 14 SPP.
• No player can be given more than two extra skills.
Gold bars
Gold bars can be exchanged to give the following bonuses to your team. It is possible to spend more than one goldbar on the same bonus.
1. Use one goldbar to gain another 3 SPPs for skills.
2. Use one goldbar to gain another 20.000 gold coins that can be used towards creating your roster.
3. Use four goldbars to gain Star player access.
• The roster must have a minimum of 11 players before you may buy star players available for your race.
Examples and clarifications
• Picking Guard on a Longbeard as a Primary skill costs you 6 SPPs.
• You may then pick a second skill on the Longbeard you already gave Guard. This could be Stand Firm as a second Primary skill for the price of another 8 SPPs, for a total of 14 SPPs.
• Or you could pick Side step as a Secondary skill 14 SPPs for a total of 20 SPPs.
• You might pick Block on an Ogre as a Secondary skill for 12 SPPs.
• You may then pick Frenzy as another Secondary skill on the Ogre you already gave Block - for the price of another 14 SPPs, for a total of 26 SPPs.
• A tier four team gains 48 SPPs and 1.1 mil GPs to create the team. The coach uses three goldbars to gain another 9 SPPs for a total of 57 SPPs and one gold bar to gain another 20.000 GPs for team creation.

Special Rules Garden Bowl Edition:
U go I go!
Once per turn a coach may attempt to gain a RR, that is usable this turn only. If you do gain the extra RR, neither a Team re-roll nor a Leader re-roll may be used this turn. Other than that, it works exactly like a normal RR.
In order to gain this extra RR, the coach immediately chugs a beer, once done the RR is gained.
However the opponent can deny this RR by doing the exact same thing. This choice is made right after the first player has finished drinking.
(These beers also count towards the beer tournament)
Back to basics!
Just before game 2, 3 and 4 the opponent must propose 3 players that have been given a skill through SPPs (and still has it). The coach then chooses one of these players and a single skill, then loses it for the remainder of the tournament.
(skills a player is normally “born” with, like Block on a human blitzer cannot be removed).
Extra payment!
(Only active in the 4th round)
If your team has a star player then they demand extra payment for their services!!
This payment has the cost of 1 TEAM RR that the coach has to discard for the entire game.
This extra payment cannot be paid with Beer RRs.
If the payment cannot be made, the teams most valuable star player refuses to play this game and leaves the team.
Only 1 star player leaves the team.

There might be other stupid rules, don’t take it too seriously.
Bring two printed copies of your roster.

PAINT & MINIATURES
Painted miniatures are not mandatory but most people don’t like playing against unpainted miniatures.
We encourage you to use the following color coded bases:
• Grey/Black: Lineman
• Red: Blitzer
• Green: Blocker
• White: Thrower
• Yellow: Catcher, Runner.
If your opponent can't easily recognize the different player types on your team, you must let him mark them somehow (without damaging the miniatures, of course).
SCORING:
2 Points are awarded for a victory, 1 Point for a Draw, 0 Points for a Loss, and -1 Point for a Concede.
In the case of equal point score in the table of standings the following tie-breaker is used:
