This is a NAF approved tournament. If you are not a NAF member, you can either sign up at thenaf.net OR a NAF Representative can sign you up onsite. The NAF rep will also be available to handle NAF membership renewals.

Blood Bowl pitch, templates, dugouts, and ball
GW OR NAF Block Dice, D8, D16
5 copies of your roster (1 for the TO/1 for you/1 for each of your opponents)
Sharing Dice
We will not be sharing dice. Due to Papa Nurgle's recent ventures in our real world, you must bring and use your own Block Dice, D8, D16, and the 2D6 provided by the tournament.

Rules
This is a Resurrection Style tournament, meaning all injuries and star player points will be "wiped" at the end of each match. Injuries will not carry over and no Star Player Points will be accumulated.
Tournament Teams may be purchased using 1,150,000 GP
Teams may be selected from any of the official rosters in the 2020 rulebook, Teams of Legend document, as well as the two NAF approved rosters (Khorne & Slann).
Inducements
The following inducements may be purchased as part of your team: 0-2 Star Players, 0-3 Bribes, 0-1 Master Chef, 0-3 Wandering Apothecaries, and 0-3 Kegs. All other inducements will NOT be allowed!
You must have 11 players BEFORE hiring a Star Player.
You may not use an Apothecary on a Star Player.
If opposing teams have the same Star Player, a friendly local wizard clones that Star and both teams may field that player.
Star Players with the Stunty Trait will also gain the LEADER skill for the tournament.

Advancements
Skills and Stat increases may be purchased out of your 1,150,000 GP team budget at the following costs:
Primary Skills= 20k
Secondary Skills= 40k
+MA or +AV= 30k
You MAY NOT purchase ST or AG increases. You MAY NOT purchase Random Upgrades.
These skills may be applied to your players freely with the following restrictions:
- A player cannot have a Skill and Stat increase.
- No player can have more than two additional skills added to them.
- The same skill may not be purchased more than twice. (Ex. Only two players per team may add Guard)
- Players with a ST of 5 or more may not be given Secondary Skills, unless they play for a Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, or Snotling team.
- Star players may not be given any skills or stat increases.
Special Rules
Weather is always considered "Perfect Conditions". In addition, if the Kick-off result of an 8 "Change of Weather" is rolled, the ball will simply deviate an extra square and the Kick-off Event will end.
STUNTIES ARE STRONGLY PREFERRED
We understand that Stunties are not everyone's cup of tea, but in the spirit of the tournament we would like to have as many stunty or "honorary stunty" (see below) teams represented as possible. Therefore, the below trophies will only be awarded to the following teams: Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, Snotling, Black Orcs without Black Orcs, Lizardmen without Saurus Blockers, and Underworld without Skaven Linemen, Thrower, Blitzer and Gutter Runner.

Coach who practices the best sportsmanship.
Honorary Stunty Cup
To be eligible for this Award, a team must have no more than 1 player that costs more than 45,000 Gold (prior to purchasing additional skills). If a Star player is purchased during team creation, they will count as that 1 player.
This Award will go to the team with the most tournament points that meets this above requirement.
PROXIES WELCOME
The Organizers recognize that not everyone owns a Stunty team. If you show up with something that doesn't totally look the part that is okay! As long as each position is easily identifiable & properly marked accordingly. Contact the Organizer if you need reassurance your proxies will work.
PAINTING IS NOT REQUIRED!
As we mentioned above, we understand not everyone has a Stunty team or a team they can use in this type of tournament. So, if you choose to purchase, construct, or throw together a team to use, then they do not have to be painted, although it is preferred. Just show up, have fun, and play some Stunty Bowl! |
