In ENGLISH :
Location : 82 Rue du Dauphiné, 69003 Lyon (France)
Fees : 45€/coach + 5€ for NAF enrollment (done on site). For a team : 180€ (+ NAF enrollment if any)
we only accept payment for a complete team.
Possibility to sleep in the tournament room OR to lend some appartment for teams in a hotel close to the tournament location (as last year. Should be around 40-50€ per person for 2 nights)
limit : we are limited to 22 teams. team will be definitely accepted 2 by 2. to avoid any issue for pairing during the tournament.
SPECIFIC REQUEST : 2 weeks before we request captains to send us the roster. here is the link to create the teams.
rules :
We will either follow Malta Eurobowl rules OR (if Lyon win the WC Bid) start testing a ruleset based on Malta ruleset spirit.
Timing : we request a timer for each game. coaches have both 1h to play their 16turns and 2h30 as a global timer to play the entire game.
If a coach finished its 1h, he only can stand up the prone players and that's all.
Pairing system :
the teams will be paired according to swiss system.
But coach pairing will follow the "DRAFT" system : the captains "decides" the pairing :
each captain hides a roster.
the first captain announce a roster.
2d captain announce who will face this roster and then announce a roster too.
first captain decides who will face the roster announced.
At the end of this step 2 rosters remain for each team : one hidden one revealed.
