We will mostly be using the rules from Spike! 11. The relevant rules are the special inducements, unique weather and kickoff tables, necromantic pitch rules, as well as necromantic balls (I will roll for which ball before each round).
You are given 1,200,000 gold pieces to build your team. You may purchase players, rerolls, fan factor, coaches, and cheerleaders as normal with this money
Sylvanian Spotlight are the only star players that may be taken. You must have 11 players on your team before including a star player.
Tier 1 teams will have 36 SPP
Tier 2 teams will have 42 SPP
Tier 3 teams will have 48 SPP
Any Sylvanian Spotlight team may spend 12 SPP to give a star player 1 additional skill of their choice. Stars are limited to 1 skill up.
Each player may have up to 2 additional skills but a team may not take more than 2 of the same skill.
(For instance, a Human Blitzer may be given Mighty Blow & Dodge in addition to already having Block. Also, two Dwarf Blockers may be given Guard, but you cannot give Guard to anyone else.)
DICE:
