Information
BGL Red, White, and BOOM tournament rules:
Event starts July 9th @ 10 AM at THE Brevard Game Lounge
$20 entry fee INCLUDES d6s, tokens, and other swag (add $5 if not NAF)
EVENT IS CAPPED AT 32 COACHES
Spot Prizes will be given out each round.
1,250,000 roster build with a MAX of 1 Star Player (Highlander is in effect)
Each team will be given 160,000 GP to purchase skills.
Primary costs 20k, Secondary 40k, NO STAT INCREASES.
Max 2 skills per player, max 4 of the same chosen skill (4 Guard, 4 Block, etc.)
Death Zone will NOT be used.
Tournament D6s are OPTIONAL to be used, and there will be NO sharing of dice. Dice MUST be GW/NAF approved
Please bring 2 copies of your roster, along with block dice and a pitch.
Round 1 will be RANDOM with the following rounds using SWISS pairings.
Each round will have a time limit of 2 hours and 30 minutes. There will be some leniency to that for Round 1. IF the 1st half of a game is behind schedule, a 4 minute timer will be ADVISED for the 2nd half

Round 2: 2 PM - 4:30 PM
Round 3: 4:30 PM - 7 PM
Awards: 7 PM - 7:30 PM

Scoring: Win = 30 pts Tie = 15 points Loss = 5 points Forfeit = -5 points Tiebreakers will be determined by most casualties FIRST, then most TDs if necessary.
Awards will be given out to 1st place, Stunty Champ, and of course the illustrious WOODEN SPOON will be awarded. We will also acknowledge most casualties, most touchdowns, AND best defense with their own awards.

The 4th of July afterparty has lingered to our event, and the crowd is hungry for action. If the crowd doesn't approve of the action on the pitch, they WILL make their voices heard and cause some action themselves...
DA BOMB INVASION We will be replacing the pitch invasion kickoff table result with DA BOMB INVASION. Roll a d6 + fan factor, lowest roll gets targeted by a bomb from the crowd! From the center line sideline, the bomb will be directed towards that coach's side of the pitch. On a tie, the bomb will be thrown straight down the center line! The bomb will be thrown in from center line using the normal throw-in rules, using normal bomb rules EXCEPT if the bomb gets thrown off the pitch, it WILL be thrown back in.

DOOR IS DA BOMB The trap doors seem to have been tampered with too..if any player AND/OR the ball for any reason moves through or onto a trap door square, roll a d6. On a 4+, the bomb underneath explodes using normal bomb rules. The ball MUST bounce off of OR land on the door to trigger the roll. Once a trap door bomb has exploded, it cannot explode again. IF the ball lands onto a trap door and the bomb explodes, the ball will SCATTER from the door (3d8) IF a player gets knocked down onto a trap door square, the bomb explodes with no roll being made as the force from being knocked down onto the door triggers the bomb. THIS means if a Mighty Blow +1 player (or +2 if you have Morg or Deeproot) gets the POW result and knocks another player onto the door, they will gain an ADDITTIONAL +1 from the bomb.

NO FOULS GETS DA BOMBS The fans will get their way no matter what...if a team turn ends with no foul action being performed, the crowd grows restless and throws a bomb onto the pitch! Roll a d6 to determine which part of the pitch it will be thrown in from, then follow the normal throw-in and bomb rules EXCEPT if the bomb gets thrown off the pitch, it WILL be thrown back in. Throwing the bomb back in applies to a bomber from the pitch as well. The crowd will make sure the bombs hit the pitch! All bomb throws from the crowd will be deemed accurate for interference purposes as the crowd is filled with skilled bombadiers!

WITH THAT, since the pitch will be LITTERED with bombs, we will have bomb tokens to show where the bombs hit during a given game. These tokens aren't just for show, as any square that has been DIRECTLY hit by a bomb will have a -1 to Go For Its, Dodges, and Leaps into and leaving that square.
