GW tiers as per thier latest FAQ Gnomes are tier 3. Orcs will be considered Tier 1!

Tier 1 6 normal skills or 4 normal and 1 secondary
Tier 2 8 normal skills or 6 normal and 1 secondary
Tier 3 10 normal skills or 8 normal and 1 secondary or 6 normal and 2 secondary
Models can get max 2 primary skills or 1 secondary. No mixture of both.
