Roster Construction:
Every team gets 1,150,000 gold this is used to purchase players, rerolls, sideline staff, and inducements. (Available list below).
NO STAR PLAYERS MAY BE HIRED.

Each team may put two extra skills on up to two player.

After all players are purchased teams will get an allotment of Skills. Some skill combinations have a skill tax to be paid they are listed below.
Tier 1: 6 Skills(One Secondary Skill)
Tier 2: 7 Skills(One Secondary Skill)
Tier 3: 8 Skills (Two Secondary Skills)
Tier 4: 8 Skills (Three Secondary Skills)

Stack Tax: Certain combinations of Skills cost additional if a player has both of the skills the team must give up one extra skills. This includes skills that players start with.
Tackle + Mighty Blow
Sneaky Git + Dirty Player (Goblins may ignore the skill tax on the first pairing of Sneaky Git and Dirty Player)
Wrestle + Strip Ball

Example 1 Tom wants to give Tackle and Mighty Blow to his Wraith, this would cost 2 skills to put both skills on and a third skill would be taken from his team. This leaves 4 skills for the rest of Tom’s team.

Example 2 John wants to give Strip Ball to his Gnome Lineman, this would use one of Johns 3 secondary skills and cost one more normal skill for the tax.

Example 3 Ian wants to put Sneaky Git on his Oolagin, this only costs 1 skill because Goblins ignore the first tax for the combination. Ian then puts Dirty Player and Sneaky Git on a Goblin Lineman, this would cost 1 secondary, 1 normal skill and the team would give up one extra skill as a tax.

Every team gets a special Star player, a bomber named G.
