Coaches play any number matches arranging them with each other.
Coaches maintain a legible roster (providing a copy for opponents if possible).
Coaches report match results to League Commissioner.
League Commissioner maintains online database tracking match results and league standings.
League Commissioner posts printed match results and league standings (weekly as possible).
