Tickets now available here: http://www.chaosofthewarp.co.uk/

Why should you go to this tournament?

An original and fun set up involving a lot of changing weather and Zap! spells
No one leaves the event without a freebie
Star players and 1,200k set up allows for original and interesting roster selection
The last Kayoss Bowl was great!

* * *

After the success of the first Kayoss Bowl at Chaos of the Warp 4 back in June there, we're doing it all over again! But this one's slightly different...

The Demon Prince Bunz'Only , has challenged any Blood Bowl coach and their team brave enough to enter to his little piece of the Warp for the chance to win the opportunity to play with some of the famous Star Players whose souls he claimed for himself when no one was looking.

Kayoss Bowl 2: Inside The Warp takes place (as you might have guessed) inside the Warp itself, where you can expect just about anything to happen. As such you'll need the strongest team of heroes you can put together for the tournament.

Team Selection: For Kayoss Bowl 2: The Weather Bowl, you will have 1,200,000 gold crowns to put your team together. The “Competition Rules Pack” (aka LRB6) will be used. All 24 teams are permitted including Slann, Chaos Pact and Underworld. Inducements are permitted aside from Team Wizards and Special Play Cards. Up to 2 Star Players are allowed in your team.

Skills Choices: In this tournament you will be allowed 5 regular skills for your players and 1 doubles skill choice. You are limited by up to 2 copies of the same skill per team, for example: a Lizardman team, could give up to 2 Sauri 'Block', or a give one Block Saurus and use a double choice on a Skink. Regardless, two copies of a skill is the absoloute limit. You may only have 1 additional skill per player (no stacking skills) and Star players may not be given additional skills.

Point Scoring and Prizes:
Tournament points are awarded as follows:
Win: 30
Draw: 10
Lose: 0

In the case of a tie, the total of the difference between touchdowns plus the difference between casualties caused will win.

Everyone who comes to the tournament will receive a painted frog miniature as a reward for being brave enough to show up in Bunz'Only's domain. There will be a prize for the Winner, the team that Inflicts the Most Casualties and the team with the Most Touchdowns. Prizes, excluding frogs, also do not stack – so the people who are 1st, 2nd and 3rd places will not be in contention to claim other prizes. There is potential for more prizes on the day depending on numbers and help from our wonderful sponsors!

Special Rules: Now for the fun part! As the tournament takes place inside the warp itself where astrology and meteorology have no real meaning, at the start of each players turn, each player will roll the weather table as if a 'Changing Weather' roll 7 on the kick-off result had occurred. Weather tokens will be provided to keep track of this but please feel free to bring your own. There is also one other significant change...

In this tournament, if weather changes as a result of kick-off result or due to the ever-changing nature of the Warp at the start of a turn and a 7 is rolled on the weather chart, one of the demons of the Warp decides to get involved and starts casting Zap! spells.

Randomly determine which coach's team is affected (for example take a D6, on a 1, 2 or 3 Coach A is affected; 4, 5, or 6 Coach B is affected) and then randomly determine which player on that coach's team is targeted by the demon's spell.

The demons' spells have exactly the same effect as the Zap! Dirty Trick card, which is as follows:

Roll a D6. On a 1, the spell has FIZZLED and has no effect. On a 2+, one targeted player is treated as having ONLY the following characteristics and skills for the remainder of the drive (MA: 4; ST: 1;
AG: 4; AV: 4; Dodge, Leap, No Hands, Stunty, Titchy). If he was carrying the ball it will bounce once from his square. His characteristics/skills will return to normal at the end of the drive, but
any injury he suffers as a frog is permanent.

NOTE: The maximum number of players who can be 'frogged' on the pitch per team at any time is 1! As much as teams full of frogs appeals to us (not Slann, real frogs) this important rule will be in effect. If you already have a frog in play and another player is turned into a frog, the original player who was a frog will revert back into his or her usual form.
