Information
After attending two regional tournies celebrated in Andalusia during this year (HISPANIA in Málaga during the end of February and SANFERBOWL in San Fernando during the 29th of March) where participants have attended in numbers of over 30 participants to each event, we want to help continue spreading the BBowling fever accross Southern Spain and ncluding the NAF in it's development. Although some details still need to be worked out. We are still inconversations with various sponsors, lead Fantasy Football Miniatures Manufacturers for prizes and awards.

There will be prizes for different categories:

Best Defence
Most Assistances/Passes
Most Violent
Unlucky Git
Wooden Spoon
Best Stunty team

More details are still in the works, some might include "special events" which affect gameplay as "ALEA" (comming from the latin Luck) is fickle and Nuffle does enjoy seeing how games are "challenging" for their participants

Tournament Report
The tourney was a success!!!!

We accounted for the participation of 30 coaches, 19 of which were NAF members! 4 games were played and each one of the matches accounted for a specific special event.

Round 1... Sands of Time! The Tomb Kings of Khemri decided to host the first round of the Alea Bowl games, setting the games on fields of sand which made playing the ball that much harder. The ball would never bounce when falling to the ground and no players were allowed to attempt GFI !!!!

Round 2... Glacial Desolation! The Norsemen were in charge of setting up the fields for the second round. As a result all games were played on fields of ice, resulting in all attempts to GFI being successful on a 3+ roll...

Round 3... Canopy Chaos! The Wood Elves hosted the third round of games and the green surroundings of the stadiums invaded deeply the playing fields as well, making the passing game a lot more complicated as only Quick passes and Short passes were allowed!

Round 4... Raving Fans! The public is so riled up by the tourny that they are eager to take part of the action, and the players can feel that the public is unforgiving!! Any player which is pushed off the field from the sidelines or the end zones suffers an injury roll from the public with a +1 to the result, as if hit by the Mighty Blow skill

The Prizes were:

Trophies for the 3 runners up (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) as well as for the best stunty team!
Special trophy for Most violent team, Best offense (most TDs scored) as well as best painted team

Additionally four different Blood Bowl teams were provided by sponsors as prizes to be raffled amongst all participants, as well as many other miniatures, special thanks to:

Sukubus Studio (provided Sukubus team and was given to 1st place coach)
E-minis (provided Scibor Miniatures Dwarf team)
Willy Miniatures (Khemri Mythology Team plus a lot of individual miniatures of star players and staff)
Vortice Miniatures (trophies for Best offense, Best defense)

1st place went to David Carrasco (non NAF coach) and his Dark Elves, as well as best offense with a total of 9 TDs scored over the 4 rounds and best defense with just 1 TD scored against him.

2nd place to Lumbrilao (NAF coach) and his Dwarves

3rd place to Juanmi (non NAF coach) and his Necromantic team, as well as most violent with a total of 17 casualties caused

Best stunty team went to Pedro Apoderado (non NAF coach) and his team of Skinks with Kroxigor

Wooden Spoon went to ezekiel (NAF coach) and his goblins for having managed to roll a total of 13 double skulls during the whole tourny

Best painted team went to Christian (non NAF coach) and his Chaos team.

We are very satisfied with the results and hope we will be able to organize an even better ALEA BOWL II next year, with more participants and players, sponsors and support!

Thanks to the Dos Hermanas City Hall for allowing us to host the event at the Almona Cultural Centre and providing us with the necessary infrastructures and support.

Thank you NAF (specially Mike for his constant help and patience) for helping us out in our first NAF tourny and here's hoping for many more to come!!!
