The Barrel Bowl will be held at Strange Craft Beer Co.
This is a 3 round swiss style tournament.
Schedule:

• Special Play cards will not be used
• All injuries reset after each game
• Apothecaries work as as if the injury result was rolled as a badly hurt
• Illegal Procedure will not be used
• You are given 1,200,000 gold pieces to build your team. You may purchase players, rerolls, fan factor, coaches, and cheerleaders as normal with this money
• Wizards, Journeymen, Special Play cards, and Mercenaries are NOT ALLOWED
• You may purchase any other inducements for your team, including Star Players
• You may purchase any other inducements for your team, including Star Players
o Note: If you are including a Star Player, you must have 11 players on your team BEFORE hiring him. Having 10 players plus a Star is not allowed.
o Remember: You cannot have the same Star Player as your opponent, if both of you attempt to field the same player, then both of those players sit out for this game. Also, you cannot use Igors or Apothecaries on Star Players.
• You may give each player up to 2 additional skills
• Your team may only take up to 3 of each skill total
Team builds will be 1.2 million with the following skill packages:
Package A: 6 Normal Skills
Package B: 4 Normal Skills and 1 Double Skill
Package C: 2 Normal Skills and 2 Double Skills
The Barrel Bowl will also have the following Special Rule:
Team Anchor!
Every good team has that once special drinker. During the Barrel Bowl, each team will select one player at the beginning of the tournament. This player is the team Anchor. The team anchor will get the following skills for free:
Round 1: The anchor starts feeling overly excited to get onto the pitch from the ale. Your player gains the skill of
Sprint
Round 2: Things are really rolling now. Your Anchor gets into the Rum which gets him in a punching mood. They gain the skill of
Dirty Player
Round 3: Whew, maybe that last one was a bit to much. Your players are starting to get a bit to aggressive for their own good. Your anchor gains the skills of
Pile On AND WILD ANIMAL
(in the case of any player starting with wild animal as a base skill, they instead gain the additional skill of BONEHEAD. If a player has TWO negatraits because of this, they will always roll their BASE TRAIT first. They do not need to roll the 2nd skill)
In addition to Team Anchor, the following rule is also to be used.

After all ReRolls are applied-
All results of triple POW will be an automatic armor break.
All results of triple SKULL will be an automatic armor break.
