Team Building:
All teams recive a budget of 1200000 gold to build their team. You also have a separate gold pool to spend on skills. The size of this depends on your teams tier.
A normal skill costs 20000 and a double costs 30000.
You may stack two skills on one player for an additional fee of 20000. For example if you buy sure hands for your fanatic, and then buy catch, the cost will be 80000.
(30000 + 30000 + 20000)
The allowed inducements are:
Star Players (but only if you already have 11 players on the team)
Bribes; 50k for goblins, 100k for others
Master chef; 100k for halfings, 300k for others.
Tiers:
Tier 1 - Wood Elf, Undead, Lizardmen, Skaven, Dwarf, Chaos Dwarf, Orcs, Dark Elf, Norse, Amazon, Bretonnian
150000 for skills
Tier 2 - Chaos, Chaos Pact, Human, Khemri, Slann, Necromantic, High Elf, Elf, Nurgle, Vampire, Underworld, Khorne
200000 for skills
Tier 3 - Halfling, Goblin, Ogre
250000 for skills
And since the island of Tjörn is famous for inbreeding, the tournament has a little gimmick.
All teams may buy ONE mutation skill for a cost of 30000. But all teams that already have mutation acess, they get ONE mutation skill for free.
