2:110K for team and 6 normal skills + 2 double skills. Can buy 0-1 star players with the money rosters and can not use wizzard and cards: Lizardmen, Pro Elves, High Elves, Necromantic, Humans, Bretonnia, Khemri, Chaos.
3:110K for team and 6 normal skills + 3 double skills. They can buy 0-1 star players with the money rosters. 1.150.000 gp incentives allowed except cards, 1.150.000 gp: Chaos Pact, Underworld, Slann, Nurgle, Khorne, Vampires (vampires have a blood bowl babe freebies)
