Tea, coffee, drinks and snacks are available at the venue and food will provided, so if you have any dietary requirements please let us know. Alternatively, the very centre of town is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the venue.

The Rules
- The Clash at Kingston 4 will be using current NAF approved rule set. Please check the NAF website for the current rules.
- In the interest of good sportsmanship, the illegal procedure rule will not be enforced.
- Games will have to stick to a strict time limit, so coaches are encouraged to play to 4 minute turns. In the event of a game not reaching completion by the end of the time limit, it shall be halted and the current score will be used as the final result of the game.
- We will be using the standard “Resurrection” rules; coaches will play each match with the same starting roster and do not need to record SPPs or any ongoing injuries. Undead, Necro or Nurgle teams may not keep ‘raised’ players from game to game
- Coaches will have 1,100,000 gold to spend on their team roster, star players can be purchased but you must have a minimum of 11 players BEFORE purchasing a star player.
- No inducements or Special Play cards may be purchased, except goblins who can purchase up to 3 bribes and halflings who can purchase a master chef
- All 23 of the NAF approved teams will be available in addition coaches may use either the Brettonian, Khorne or Slann teams.
- A skills package will be available to each coach based on the tier of the team they are using.
Skill selection
Teams have a number of skills depending on race tier.
- Only 1 skill allowed per player
- NO more than 2 copies of same skill.
- NO stat increases can be purchased.
- Double skills can be purchased using 2 of your skill allocation max 1 per team apart from Tier 3 who can have 2 double skills.
Tier 1: Amazons, Chaos dwarf, Dark elves, Dwarf, Lizardmen, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Undead, Brettonians and Wood Elves (6 Skills)
Tier 2: Chaos, Chaos pact, Pro elves, High elves, Humans, Khemri, Necromantic, Nurgle, Underworld, Slaan, Khorne and Vampire (8 Skills)
Tier 3: Halfing, Goblin and Ogre (10 Skills)
Games and Scoring
The first round will be drawn randomly, with all further rounds using the Swiss system. The overall winner will be the coach with the most points at the end of the day – there will be no final.
Win = 50 points
Draw = 20 point
Loss = 0 points
Bonus points will be awarded as follows:
1 point per TD (maximum of 3 per game)
1 point per Casualty (maximum of 3 per game)
Tie-breakers will be settled in the following way:
- Team with the most touchdowns
- Team with the most casualties caused
