Per NAF piling on will use the CRP ruleset.
Weather will be determined by the top table
Team building rules
You will be given 1,150,000 gp to build your team using the CRP team list and the 3 additional team list. You may purchase players, rerolls, fan factor, coaches, and. Cheerleaders as normal. You may also purchase skills as normal, but no stat increases. Two skill maximum per player and only 150,000gp of the 1,150,000 can be used on skill upgrades.
A normal skill upgrade costs 20,000
A double skill upgrade cost 30,000
Wizards, journeyman, special play cards, and mercenaries are not allowed
Star players are allowed but only ones from the CRP, DZ1, DZ2, and Spike Magazines 1-4. You must have 11 players on your team before hiring a star player. Multiples of the same star player rule will be used. "Highlander Rule"
