General rules:
-Blood Bowl 2016 and the Almanac (DZ 1 & 2) will be the source of all rules used.

-You may use teams/star players that are found in the CRP rulebook, so long as they do not already exist in the Almanac or any Spike! Magazine. For a copy of the rule set please follow the link. www.thenaf.net

-Grak and Crumbleberry are allowed as they are a GW publication. Updated rules can be found here: www.scribd.com

-White Dwarf and Black Gobo are not allowed as you don't pay GP for them.

-Approved NAF teams may be used as well (Slann, Bretonians and Khorne).

-A Coach can Argue the Call ,only if they have an acceptable model to represent their Coach (If there are any questions to this please e-mail the TO).

- Team Building Rules:
You'll have 1,000,000 GP to build your team. You may purchase players, rerolls, fan factor, apothecary, coaches, cheerleaders and inducements as normal with this gold. You must have 11 or more players at this point.

-Stunty teams are Goblins, Ogres and Halflings

-Once you have 11 players you may add up to 0-2 Star Players to your team by paying the appropriate GP.

-Any of the 1,000,000 that is not spent is LOST!!!

-Then, you may spend up to 200k GP on skills.

-Any of the 200k not spent is LOST!!!

-Skills
Normal skills cost 20k.
Double skills cost 20k for Stunty teams and 30k for any other team.
Stat increases are not allowed.
You may assign no more than 2 purchased skills to a player.
You may not assign the same skill to more than four players.
You may not assign a purchased skill to a Star Player.

-Weather Table
The normal Weather Table will be used for all weather rolls. The TO will roll the initial weather result at the beginning of each round. Weather changes occur as normal during each game.
-Special Rules
The Red Star is hanging closer to the pitch than usual and it’s having a noticeable effect on the players….At the start of each game roll a D16 and refer to your roster. That Lucky (or Unlucky) player has been gifted with a Mutation (these Mutations will last the whole tournament so make a note). If your D16 roll would land on an empty space on your roster, then Nuffle didn’t see fit to bless a player on your team. If you rolled well enough to “Bless” a player you will then roll a further D10 and refer to the Mutation table of the skill chart. If you roll a skill that, that player already has the blessing is wasted and has no further effect.
Mutation Table:
1) Big Hand
2) Claw/Claws
3) Disturbing Presence
4) Extra Arms
5) Foul Appearance
6) Horns
7) Prehensile Tail
8) Tentacles
9) Two Heads
10) Very Long Legs
-Resurrection
At the end of each round of the tournament, all players are healed of any injuries and dead players come back to life.

-Other rules
Play until time is called. There is no championship game. The standings will solely be determined by total points.

-Special Play Cards and Mercenaries will not be used.

-Infamous Coaching Staff/Wizzards will not be used.

-In the spirt of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedure will not be called.

-Overtime will not be played in any round.

-Time
Rounds will be strictly limited to 2 hours. You'll receive "Time Remaining" updates from the TO to help you stay on pace. Once the TO calls time, each coach may complete the turn in progress only if there was at least one fully-completed action taken before time was called. A strict 4-minute limit turns will be enforced for this turn.

-Dice
Only the provided D6s are to be used.
GW or NAF Block Dice
You must be willing to share dice with your opponent.
You and your opponent should decide before the match which dice will be used.
Agree before the game on cocked dice, dice off the table, ect and please be consistent.

Scoring:
After each round, you will fill out your game sheet based on the game just completed.

Per match,
+100 points for a Win
+50 points for a Draw
+25 points for a Loss

Pitch Points,
+5 for pitch clear (once per game)
+2 for finishing on time
+3 points for each TD
+2 points for each CAS*

*A CAS as a result of "Blocking" will earn you these points

Note: If a player uses Regeneration or a Coach uses an Apothecary you still earn the points for the CAS.

Awards:
"The Garibay Award" -Most Points 1st Place
"The Villareal Award" Most Points 2nd Place
"The Garino Award" (Stunty)
"The Gonzalez Award" Most Touchdowns
"The Kerns Award" Most Casualties
"The Sia Award" Best Painted
"The Lansdon Award" Sportsmanship
"The Velez Award" Best Defense
“The Pena Award” Most Foul Attempts
“The Groover Award” Most Stunty Touchdowns

-Awards are subject to "Share the Wealth". Meaning that no Coach will win two awards. Where they might be in line to win two award’s they will be given the "higher" award.

-Must have at least two Stunty teams show for the award to be given

-Most Stunty TDs Award is for the Stunty team who has the most "Throw Team-mate" TDs

-To be in the running to win an award the coach must play in all three rounds. Tiebreakers will be determined by Pitch Points (for example, if two coaches are tied for 1st Place at 348 points. The first tiebreaker would be who had the most TD, followed by CAS), then the TO as needed.

Painting:
All teams are expected to meet the minimum painted guidelines. The coach must attempt to make all figures appear finished. Each figure should also be identifiable so that the opponent can know their position and skills.

Sportsmanship:
-We are here for the love of the game. Sportsmanship is not only encouraged from the coaches, it is required!!! We all have bad luck occasionally, but bad behavior will be addressed by the Tournament Organizer.

-Fouling 16 turns in a row, stalling, running up the score is not poor sportsmanship, but gloating and ridiculing your opponent while doing so is.

-The Last Word
The TO will be the final arbitrator for any interpretation of the rules
