1-Day-Tournament outdoors, 4 matches

Date & Venue
Saturday 13th July 2019 @27B Windway Road, Cardiff, CF5 1AF.
It’ll be an outdoors event, so we’ll depend on the kindness of Welsh summer... in case the weather is not nice for outdoors, we’ll play indoors.

Limited to 20 coaches due to restricted space. Unfortunately the event is not very disable-friendly due to narrow areas in the garden, steps and the toilets being upstairs (sorry about that).

Tournament Rules
A total of 1,500,000 GP allowance for building a team with a minimum of 11 players. Each coach HAS to include ONLY 1 Star Player to the roster, and as part of the “minimum 11”... Golden Era star players are welcome!

All inducements (includes any Spike releases between the NAF review and the tournament start date) are allowed, except Grak & Crumbleberry and Wizards… Master Chef is limited to Halflings, as Bribes will be limited to Goblins.

It’s a Resurrection style tournament, but no players obtained from Raise the Dead/Nurgle’s Rot can be kept for the following match.

The weather will always be fine, so ignore and reroll any change of weather during kick-off.

Skills
Each coach can purchase skills from the 1.5M budget, but not MA, ST, AG or AV. The prices of the skills are:

• Single/normal Skill 20,000 GP
• Double Skill 40,000 GP

Only a player that has already been purchased a single/normal skill can be purchased a double skill. The limits are 2 skills per player, no more than 3 of the same skill (3 blocks ok, 4 blocks not ok), 3 double skills per team and 10 skills in total.

Once the roster has been done at the start of the tournament, no changes of skills are allowed between rounds.

What You Need
• A painted team (minimum 3 colours, and reflecting the positional meant to be represented). Any team not properly painted will unfortunately not be accepted.
• Board & dugout
• Dice & markers (turn, score, etc.)
• 2 x printed rosters (1 for the organization and 1 for you to bring to the table)
• As it’ll be outdoors, bring your best summer outfits, and if possible, flipflops or easy removable shoes for the bathrooms (upstairs).

Scoring
2 Points for a win / 1 Point for a draw / 0 Points for a loss
Tie break will be resolved by TD and Cas.

There will be prizes/trophies, designed by -thank you so so much!- Tankface awarded for the following:
• BBBBQ Winner / 2nd place / 3rd place
• Most Touchdowns
• Most Casualties*
• Stunty Cup (Ogres, Halflings, Goblins, Underworld with no Skaven, Lizards with no Saurus)
• Wooden Spoon

*All injuries/casualties count, except for self-inflicted ones

Also, there will be a pair of Tournament D6 for each of the participants (WIP).

Schedule
Two hour time limit for each round will be strictly adhered to and games will be called if necessary.

Food & Drink
There will be free coffee & tea (if you need a certain special milk/coffee/tea, please bring it along!)

Included in the price is a burger with crisps (if possible, chips) and a piece of chicken, done on the BBQ for the Lunch break. Vegetarian option available (please request upon payment). If you want to bring more meat or anything you fancy, please bring it as there will be somebody in charge of the BBQ.

A can of Lager, IPA or cider will also be included, because what’s a BBQ without Beer? (Sorry no exchange/other choices).

There’s a SPAR just 2 minutes from the venue, where you can buy drinks, food, tobacco, etc. Please feel free to bring your own drink/s (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).

Cost
The cost will be £13 for NAF members and £18 for non NAF members (which will include NAF membership, to be signed up on the day).
