| Well what an event! We started well with most of us in the garden under the marquee, the first round went fairly smoothly. Come round two the weather arrived with high gusts of wind which flipped dugouts and pitches alike with many models being dashed to the paving slabs! Massive down pours of rain added to the weather woes and Thor got a right soaking which seemed very unfair as he had brought the marquee! Despite the weather and a couple of broken struts in the marquee lunch was great with Joe (Inderol) playing the master chef, damage to the models wasn’t too bad and no one got sunstroke this year! Results are up and congratulations to Lycos who won with Ogres! |
