The Inaugural Rescue Rumble is a 1 day charity Blood Bowl tournament supporting local animal shelters.
All proceeds and donations will be given to animal shelters in the NY Capital Region, helping them during a trying time of year.
The Rescue Rumble will be played over 4 rounds of Resurrection-style Swiss pairings (shortened to 3 rounds due to snow). All 26 NAF teams are allowed, and we are using a 5 tier system for buying additional skills to encourage a variety of races! Teams will be built with 1 million gold pieces, plus additional gold for skills based on your team’s tier.
To make our event special, any coach providing additional donations at the event will receive their choice of 2 star players for their roster! We will provide coaches with an appropriate model for their rowdy dog or clingy cat star! Statistics for these players can be found in the rules document.
