Maximum amount of skills assignable to a player are as per team tier:
Tier 1 - 20,000 GP per player
Tier 2 - 30,000 GP per player
Tier 3 - 40,000 GP per player (up to 2 skills)
Tier 4 - 50,000 GP per player (up to 2 skills)
A skill can be repeated a maximum of 3 times per roster.
Tier 1 - Amazons, Bretonnians, Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Norse, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elves
Tier 2 - Orcs, Humans, High Elves, Khemri, Necromantic, Elf Union
Tier 3 - Vampires, Khorne, Chaos Renegades, Chaos Chosen, Underworld, Slann, Nurgle
Tier 4 - Halflings, Goblins, Ogres, Stunty Underworld, Stunty Lizardmen
20,000 GP - Regular Skill
30,000 GP - Double skill, MA or AV increase
40,000 GP - AG increase
50,000 GP - ST increase

Resurrection Swiss Style tournament
No teams that can gain new players through player deaths will be allowed to.
Argue the call does not require a model
Maximum Game length of 2 hours and 30 mins
Chess clocks and 4 minute rule may be imposed if match is in danger of going over time limit.

Win = 65
Tie = 30
Loss = 0
Touch downs for = First tie breaker
Casualties for = Second tie breaker
Touch downs against = Third tie breaker
Casualties against = Fourth Tie Breaker
Head to Head record = Fifth tie breaker
