Standard Weather table, No Special balls, No special ref or Stadiums. all 26 teams are avalable.
1 day 3 games.
Teams are giving 1.1million to build Rosters.
this includes Star, and Rerolls.
Piliing on does not need a Reroll. Timber and Argue the call are allowed. (model not needed)
Games will 2.5 hours
Chess clocks and timing will be on hand if needed. Illegal produre will not be enforced.
Players with raise the dead skill will not be allowed to.
Only halfings may have halfing chefs and Goblin get 50k bribes.
For skills teams will be given an alloted amount based on their races. Star players not highlander
and may play for both teams.
Star are allowed from Death zone 1 and 2,
Plus all spike issues including issue 8.
Legacy Stars Are allowed. Team must have
10 players prior to Star players.
The 11th player may be a Star player.
The swift twins and lizard twin count as 1 star
but two roster spots.
Teams are broken into tiers.

Stunty teams are the only allow more then 1 doubles.
Teams may stack skills 1 player only. You may stack 1 time.
A skill may be taken 3x by a team.
No adding skills to Star players.
Each Team may nominate 2 punch drinkers.
Maybe of any position. Magic drinkers may given skills prior to drink the punch. Magic Punch Drinkers may not be Star players. Star can drink water to them fresh and new. A player may only drink punch 1 time. Punch drinkers match start each game on the pitch.

If a player already has the skill due to being born that way or learn the talent. The coach keeps rolling Magic Punch rolls are at the start of the tournament.
The goblin bookies are at it again and
they love watching fights due to this they have paid the refs 1 times for each time. (Meaning 1 free Bribe each game)
You can not save bribes.
Players must decide on cocked dice prior to the start of each match. Also dice cups, towers, and Arena are allowed.
TDs and Casualty will count not towards points but help with tiebreakers. A casaulty is anything that where an opponent gets hurt. This includes failed GFIs, Failed Dodges, Blocks, Stabs, Fouls and Crowd pushes,
What to bring:
3 copies of your team,
d6,d8, d12/16/20 and Block dice.
Mats, Skill ring or other notifier of skills and/or positionals.
Pen/Pencil.
