Tiers 1 & 2.- One starplayer allowed
Tiers 3& 4.- Two starplayers allowed

Tier 1.- Amazons, Dark Elves, Wood Elves, Dwarves, Undead, Norse, Skavens, Lizardmen, Orcs, Chaos dwarves, Humans - 100k of extra money to buy skills
Tier 2.- Chaos, High Elves, Necromantic, Pro Elves, Old World Alliance, Black Orcs, Underworld, Imperial Nobility- 120k of extra money to buy skills
Tier 3.- Nurgle, Chaos Pact, Slann, Vampire, Khorne, Khemri - 140k of extra money to buy skills
