Our charitable contributions this year will go to help the Veterans Food Bank. Last year we raised $1100 and to date over $2500. A great contribution from our community. There will be raffle prizes available with all proceeds going to help the Veterans Food Bank.

Tournament schedule:
The weekend will feature the team tournament. 6 game Swiss style, resurrection tournament. First games will be determined by random matchup. The remaining games will be determined based on tournament points (or for the team event see below).

Squad Forming
- You and a second coach will form a squad for the weekend. You will be paired as a squad and paired against other squad’s Swiss style.
- Your squad has 5 points to select your races. You may not select the same race as your squad mate.
-Tier 0 – 3 points
- Tier 1 = 3 points
- Tier 2 = 2 points
- Tier 3 and 4 = 1 point
Advantage to not using all your squad forming points. It is the first tie beaker, going to the squad who used the least amount of squad building points.
Tier 0 – If you include a star player in your roster.
Tier 1: Amazons, Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Norse, Nobility, Orcs, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elves
Tier 2: Black Orcs, Chaos Renegades, Elf Union, High Elves, Humans, Khemri, Necromantic, Old World Alliance
Tier 3: Daemons of Khorne, Chaos Chosen, Nurgle’s Rotters, Slann, Underworld Denizens, Vampires, Snottlings
Tier 4: Goblins, Halflings, Ogres, Underworld Stunty (No Skaven) , Lizardmen Stunty (No Saurus) Black Orcs Stunty. (No Black Orcs)
For round pairings we will be doing team Swiss pairings based on tournament points.
For the first round, the highest tier coach will face their counter part on the other squad.
When each squad works out their individual matches will be determined by coaches individual ranking. (Highest points will play highest points). In the case of a tie, coin flip for first choice.

Setting up too many players: As detailed on page 40 of the BB2020 Core rule book. If no turns have been played, simply correct the mistake. If it is seen later, the opposing coach decides which model(s) will be sent off for the match.
Rules Not Allowed
NO WIZARDS, no referees, No Special Play Cards, No Special Balls,
NO special pitch rules, No Sponsorships, No Infamous coaching staff.
Star Players from the BB2020 and SPIKE 11 are allowed.
- Teams will resurrect at the end of each game. No SPPs, injuries or any roster changes carry over between games
.
- Games will have a maximum length of 2 hours 30 minutes. Turn time limits or chess clocks may be imposed if a game is at risk of going over the 2.5 hour time limit.
- Players must agree on cocked die rules, the use of dice cups and/or sharing dice at the start of the match.
- If there are any disagreements or rules disputes, tournament directors will be standing by to assist.
- Teams with the ability to raise dead players is allowed, but will not carry forward to other matches.
Team building:
- Teams get 1.1 million gold to construct their roster.
- Star players are not “highlander” and may be present and used on both coaches’ rosters.
- 11 Regular rostered players must be bough before you add star players.
- Star players can be purchased as part of a roster. A maximum of 1-star players may be taken. (Brick Farth and Grotty count as 1 star player, but will fill 2 roster spots as per rules, The Swift Twins would be the same.
- If you include a star player in your roster, you will not be allowed to purchase any other inducements

– Teams must play with 11 minimum players, not including stars.
- Teams can purchase Rerolls, apothecaries (if allowed), coaches, cheerleaders, dedicated fans, Bribes
- teams may also include bribes as part of the roster as per the standard inducement cost.
- Chefs can only be purchased by halfling teams.
- Riotous Rookies and Heady Brew are available to teams that are allowed that Inducement.
- No other inducements may be purchased (including wizards, cards, extra apothecaries, mercenaries, giants etc.).
- Skills
After purchasing your team of 11 or more players (including Stars) and any Inducement options, you may add skills to your team, based on that team’s Player Improvements. Skills are divided into tiers (No attribute picks are allowed):
Skill Limitations – The same skill may be added up to 3 times.
Skill Stacking – You may apply 2 skills to a maximum of 1 model. All other improvements with adhere to 1 skill max/player
No skills may be added to Star Players
Tier 1 skill = Block, Frenzy, Kick, Strip Ball, Sure Hands, Dodge, Leader, Guard, Mighty Blow and Claw.
Tier 2 skill = anything else.
1 point for the first instance of a tier 2 skill.
2 points for the second or further instance of a tier 2 skill.
2 points for the first instance of a tier 1 skill.
3 points for the second or further instance of a tier 1 skill.
+2 points for any skill that is a double.
Teams have the following points to spend:

Example: My Chaos Chosen team has 13 points to spend. I take three Chaos Warriors with Block, the first costing 2 points and the next two costing 3 points each (total 8 points). I then take two Beastmen with Wrestle, the first costing me 1 point and the next two costing 2 points each (total 5 points). This leaves me with 2 points, with which I take a Tackle Beastman and an Extra Arms Beastman. 2+3+3+1+2+1+1 = 13.
Note: Star players may not be given additional skills and 1 player can skill stack.

Scoring Bonuses
There are no scoring bonus points for this event. But all casualties inflicted with the exception of (failed gfi and failed dodges, failed Animal Savagery) will count towards the casualty awards.
Stunty cup: If we have 2 stunty squads committed before Oct. 31
- Stunty teams are defined by ST 5 models with Throw Teammate and ST 2 players with Right Stuff.
- Stunty teams will play for their own cup while still participating in the main tournament.
- Stunty teams include Halflings, Goblins and Ogres, Snottlings as well as Lizardman teams that are made up of All Skinks (or Skinks plus a Kroxigor), and Underworld teams without Skaven players.

- The Overall Best Squad Aka The Winner: The Squad with the most tournament points. In the case of a tie, tie breakers are as follows:
- Head-to-Head record if applicable
- W-L-T Record

- TD difference
- CAS difference
- Runner up - the squad with the 2nd most tournament points .
-Broad Shoulders – The squad with the least tournament points.
-Best Defense – The squad who overall has the least amount of TD’s scored against them.
- Most Touchdowns – The Squad who has the overall most TD’s
- Most casualties - The Squad who has the overall most Casualties
Community Choice Awards
- Hobby First – This is a combination of painting, conversions, display etc.. If the team looks cool, it can be voted for.
- Here for a good time – The coach as selected by opponents and peers for their positive conduct during the tournament.
