Ok Blood Bowl players: here are the rules for this year.
1. Please dont be "that guy." We are expecting several new players, and some folks aren't use to the new rules. Be competitive, but try to be helpful instead of "catching them."
2. You will need to use tournament dice. If your opponent requests it, you need to share dice.
3. We are banning star players except for tier three teams. Tier three teams are limited to one star player. If two teams both have the same star player, that star player will sit the game out.
4. Tier one teams will get 3 added skills with no doubles. Tier two will get 5 added skills with one double. Tier three will get 6 skills with two doubles, and an additional 50k to use.
You may not use the same skill more than twice.
5. Teams get 1,100,000 gold to create their teams.

Tier one: Dwarves, Orcs, Amazons, Chaos Dwarfs, Wood Elves, Dark Elves, Lizards, Undead, Skaven, Humans, and Underworld
Tier Two: Elf Union, High Elf, Necromantic, Black Orcs, Chaos Pact, Tomb Kings, Chaos, Nurgle, Khorne, Slaan, Vampires, Imperial Nobility, Norse.
Tier Three: Halflings, Goblins, Ogres, Snotlings
