Acmebowl I
Acmebowl I is the inaugural summer tournament hosted by Acme Games in sunny Llandudno in North Wales. A 3 game, 16 player resurrection tournament using the Swiss system. Lunch is provided!
Schedule
This is a 3 game event with a tight, action-packed schedule:
11.00 - 11.15 - Arrival
11.15 - 13.15 - Round 1
13.15 - 13.30 - Break
13.30 - 15.30 - Round 2
15.30 - 15.45 - Break
15.45 - 17.45 - Round 3
17.45 - 18.00 - Awards

Scoring will be as follows:
Win - 3 points
Draw - 1 points
Loss - 0 points
Tie-breakers
Coaches on the same points score will be separated as follows:

Team Building
All coaches have a tier-based amount of Gold to spend on their team. They must buy a minimum of 11 players for their team before they spend anything on inducements. They may also use this money for rerolls, coaches, cheerleaders and dedicated fans.
Tier 1: 1150 Gold
Tier 2: 1200 Gold
Tier 3: 1250 Gold
Skills
All coaches will be allocated tier-based SPPs to spend on skills for their players. These can be used for primary and secondary skills, and skills may be stacked if so desired. No random skills or stat increases will be allowed apart from a single stat increase for stunty teams that may be stacked along with other skills.
Tier 1: 30 SPPs
Tier 2: 36 SPPs
Tier 3: 42 SPPs
Inducements
Inducements from the BB2020 rule book are allowed, apart from Wizards and special play cards. No mercenaries.
Star players
Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams may hire 1 star player, Tier 3 teams may hire up to 2 star players. These will cost the usual indicated Gold, but will also cost 6 SPPs from your SPP skills allowance. Morg, Hakflem and Griff will cost 12 SPPs each out of your SPP allowance if they are selected.
If 2 coaches hire the same star player, both players can still use them.
