all informations here (in french. contact me on this forum for english version) : http://teamfrancebb.1fr1.net/t7725-le-retour-de-l-octobowl-xi-bis-1er-octobre-lyon

ruleset :
Here is the list of allowable match bonuses:

- Halfling Chef: 0-1
- Bloodweiser waitress: 0-2
- Bribes: 0-3
- Travelling Apothecary: 0-2
- Funeral Assistant: 0-1
- Plague Doctor: 0-1
- Rampaging Beginners: 0-1

All other inducements are not allowed (including stars)

Each team has a budget of 1,120,000 to buy players, coaching staff and inducements.

Teams have 42 Skill Points (SP) to buy skills for their players:

6 SP for a primary skill
12 SP for a secondary skill
No characteristics increase
No skill stacking
No random skills

Teams are divided into tiers:

Tier 1: Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardman, Orc, Undead, Skaven

Tier 2: Amazon, Human, Necromantic, Nordic, Nether, Wood Elf, Noble

Tier 3: Chaos, High Elves, Khorne, Old World Alliance, Khemri, Elven Union

Tier 4: Chaos Pact, Nurgle, Slanns, Black Orcs

Tier 5: Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, Snotling, Vampire

In a match between two teams of different tiers, the coach of the team with the strongest tier will have to remove one skill from those purchased via the 42 SP (a secondary skill only counts as one skill removed) for each tier difference with his opponent's team.

Example: An Undead team (tier 1) is playing a Nurgle team (Tier 4), so the Undead team's coach will have to remove 3 skills (4-1) of his choice from those he added with the 42 SP.
