Halloween Crumble is a fun tournament hosted by the spirit of Halloween - Papa Pumpkin - himself, with a focus on fun and a curiosity or two. Papa Pumpkin will come up with something special each year to entertain coaches, players and spectators to the max.
This means, Papa Pumpkin won't miss the chance to dress up in a matching outfit and to be present on the playing fields in one way or another himself - let yourself be surprised ;)
It is a 2 days tournament with 5 games according to the Resurrection Mode.

Certain Star players can be hired if they fit into the budget and according to the rules listed below the tier table and after 11 regular players have been purchased.
Skills will be applied according to the Tier rules below.
The following inducements are allowed:
• 0-8 Re-Rolls
• Assistant Coaches
• Cheerleaders
• Apothecary or Igor, depending on race
• Inducements at the following costs:
o Bloodweiser Kegs: 50.000 GP
o Bribes: 100.000 GP, für Bribery & Corruption Teams: 50.000 GP (NOT possible if a player has or gets the sneaky git skill)
o Masterchef 300.000 GP, Halflings: 100.000 GP
o Star players at the costs specified in the NAF ruleset in place 30 days prior to the tournament
o 0-1 Weather Mage: 30.000 GP
• Wizards, (in)famous coaching staff and Special Play Cards are not allowed.
Tiers, Skills and Star players:
T1: Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardmen, Shambling Undead
Teams of this tier may assign:
1 primary skill before round 1.
2 primary skills before round 2.
2 primary skills before round 4.
Skills assigned in the previous rounds will remain for the respective rest of the tournament.
No access to Star Players
T2: Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Underworld Denizen, Wood Elves, Vampire
2 primary skill before round 1.
2 primary skills before round 2.
2 primary skills OR 1 secondary skill before round 4.
Skills assigned in the previous rounds will remain for the respective rest of the tournament.
No access to Star Players
T3: Elven Union, Human, Khorne, Necromantic Horror, High Elves
2 primary skills before round 1.

This Tier has access to 0-1 Star Players at certain costs.
However, there are not a lot of Star Players who allow other celebrities to be around. And since Papa Pumping IS a celebrity and will definitely be around only the following Star Players accepted to make an appearance at the Halloween Crumble 2023 and play for all teams listed as Tier 6:
Akhorne the Squirrel, Barik Farblast, Grak & Crumbleberry, Karla von Kill, Puggy Baconbreath, Rumbelow Sheepskin, Fungus the Loon, Glart Smarshrip, Ripper Bolgrot, Scrappa Sorehead, The Black Gobbo
But of course this comes at a cost: Tier 6 teams that hire one of the above listed Star Players will either loose both secondary and one primary skills or one secondary and three primary skills or five primary skills.
Scoring and tiebreakers:
• 2 points for a win
• 1 point for a draw
• 0 points for a defeat

The following cups will be played for:

• Best Newcomer (At least two coaches playing their third or less tournament have to participate so that this cup can be played out)
• Best U 18 (At least two U 18 coaches have to participate so that this cup can be played out)
• Stunty Cup*
*The following teams can compete for the Stunty Cup:
• Halflings
• Goblins
• Ogres
• Snotlings
At least two stunty teams have to participate so that this cup can be played out.
12th player on the pitch: In case there are 12 players on the pitch and the kick-off event has taken place, the following happens: The team that had too many players on the pitch will randomly determine a player on the pitch who will be placed in the reserve box (for example, with a D12 or D16). If this is noticed during the affected player's turn, the player suffers a turnover. Of course, this rule does not apply to players who come onto the field through the skill Swarming.
The number of participants is limited to 26. Tournament fee is € 30,00 for NAF members. For new NAF members we cover the fees of the NAF membership for one year.
U 18 coaches get a discount of € 5,00.
Food and beverages are not included in the tournament fee.
