In ENGLISH :

Location : 82 Rue du Dauphiné, 69003 Lyon (France)

Fees : 45€/coach + 5€ for NAF enrollment (done on site). For a team : 180€ (+ NAF enrollment if any)
we only accept payment for a complete team.
Can be done by paypal (give the name of the team when you pay) or bank transfer. details can be given by mail.


Possibility to sleep in the tournament room OR to lend some appartment for teams in a hotel close to the tournament location (154€ for 4 coaches and 2 nights - must be paid at registration)

limit : we are limited to 22 teams. team will be definitely accepted 2 by 2. to avoid any issue for pairing during the tournament.

SPECIFIC REQUEST : 2 weeks before we request captains to send us the roster. here is the link to create the teams.



ruleset :

We will use the Alicante World Cup V ruleset.


Timing : we request a timer for each game. coaches have both 1h to play their 16turns and 2h30 as a global timer to play the entire game.
If a coach finished its 1h, he only can stand up the prone players and that's all.

Pairing system :
the teams will be paired according to swiss system.
But coach pairing will follow the "DRAFT" system : the captains "decides" the pairing :
each captain hides a roster.
the first captain announce a roster.
2d captain announce who will face this roster and then announce a roster too.
first captain decides who will face the roster announced.
At the end of this step 2 rosters remain for each team : one hidden one revealed.
rosters revealed play against each other and so do the hidden rosters
