THINGS TO BRING
- Your Numbered Blood Bowl Team
+ Painting is required for this event, to a ‘battle ready (GW)’ or 3-color minimum
- Copy of the BB2020 ruleset and any books applicable to your team: Spike Journals/etc.
- 3 copies of your team roster (1 for you, 1 for your opponent, and 1 for the tournament organizer) (Make sure the player numbers on the roster correspond to those on the players)
- Pitch/Dugouts/Templates
- Dice (Block, D6’s, D8, D16, etc.)
+ You must use the supplied D6s for the event
+ GW, NAF, and Baron of Dice block dice are approved, other block dice require TO approval

TOURNAMENT SCORING
- Win: +18 points
- Tie: +12 points
- Loss: +6 points
- Conceding: -6 points
+ 1 points per net touchdown (up to a maximum of 5)
+ 1 points per net casualty (up to a maximum of 3)
In the event of a tie between any tournament points, ties will be broken in this order:
1) Total Score
2) Net TDs
3) Total TDs
4) Net Casualties
6) Random
TOURNAMENT RULES:
- BB2020 rules, supplementary rules (Spike Journals), Teams of Legend, and Historic Teams (ie. Slann) will be used.

- Post-match sequences will be ignored
- Illegal procedures will not be called
- Player injuries and casualties reset after each game (Resurrection Rules)
- 2-hour 15-minute round time-limits
- Overtime will not be played
- Apothecaries can, once per game, return a player who has just suffered a knock-out or casualty result to the reserves box instead of the casualty or knock-out box
- Wizards, mercenaries, journeymen, special play cards, and the halfling hot pot are not allowed inducement choices
Alabama Summer Weather:
- Weather in an Alabama summer changes constantly. Roll on the weather table during the kickoff for every drive, before rolling the kickoff event. The ‘changing weather’ kickoff event does not result in another weather change in addition to this and does nothing.
- We will be rolling on the 'Sweltering Jungle' Weather Table from the 2022 Almanac Page 60, you are not required to have a copy of the weather table yourself
TEAM CREATION:
- You will have 1,200,000 gold to build your team; these funds can be used for players and inducements
- Your team must have a minimum of 11 players before purchasing star players.
- Highlander rule for Star Players will be used (meaning if both teams field the same star player – they were both cheated, and neither get to use them!)
- Star Players cost 12 SPP to hire, in addition to their gold cost
- You will receive SPP which may be used to purchase skills based on your tier as specified in the BB2020 Rulebook:
- Tier 1: 42
- Tier 2: 54
- Tier 3: 66
+ For quick reference, primary skills cost 6 SPP, Secondary Skills cost 12 SPP
- You may not purchase stat upgrades
- You may have up to 4 of the same skill purchased
- A second primary skill purchased on a player counts as a secondary skill
