Brucebowl Tournament Pack – The Draft
Its draft time in the Blood Bowl World, where inspiring players are looking to get drafted in to the Blood Bowl leagues. To celebrate this, the magic sprout has invited star players from around the league to play in the Blood Bowl.
Date: 22nd April 2023.
Location: St Andrews Hall, Farlington, PO6 1AA.
Team Building and Skills.
Brucebowl the Draft teams have a budget of 1100 gold for team building. They’re tiered with the following skills, which must be represented by a skill ring. Teams must be fully painted and based.
Primary skill - 1 point.
Secondary skill - 2 points.
Stat up - 3 points.
With a max of 2 additional skills the same per team. A stacked skill is 2 skills on 1 player.
Tier 1 – 6 points, 0 players may have stacked skills.
Tier 2 – 8 points, 1 player may have stacked skills.
Tier 3 – 10 points, 2 players may have stacked skills.
Tier 2-3 may take 1 stat up for 3 skill points, but you may not stack skills on this player.
Inducements.
All common inducements on pg 84 of the Blood Bowl 2020 rule book are allowed.
Death Zone Giant is allowed, Death zone and Spike sideline staff and wizards are allowed.
No cards or Inducements from GW Tournament pack or Death Zone mercenaries.

Star Players.
All stars cost 1 skill point, the following stars cost 3, because they are so good.
Griff, Hakflem, Morg, Bomber and Cindy.
Teams must have 11 players before selecting any stars.
Event Special Rules.
Players who play at Brucebowl will be awarded with a Brucebowl reroll. If this is reroll is not used in the first half of a game, it can be carried onto the second half.
The Draft.
A selection of star players will be available to Draft at the end of each game. The lowest place team will select and so on until the top player picks their star. Two of the same star (or even 3) is allowed. One is clearly an imposter and will be found out on the pitch.
Schedule.
3 games of hot Blood Bowl action. 2 hours 15 minutes per game. Slow coaches will be put on a clock if required. The Android App ‘BB Coach Assistant’ has a suitable clock.
0900 - registration.
0930 to 1145 - Game 1.
1145 to 1200 – 1st Draft
1200 to 1245- Lunch
1245 to 1500 - Game 2
1500 to 1515 – 2nd Draft
1515 to 1730 - Game 3
1745 - Prizes.
Scoring.
20 points for a win.
10 points for a draw.
2 points for a perfect defence (No TDs conceded).
1 point for each TD and CAS scored (up to 3 max).
Giving a max score of 28 points per round.
Tiebreakers.
Strength of schedule, TD difference, CAS difference, Lowest Tier, Dice off.

Food will be done as a buffet style so coaches can help themselves to it throughout the day.
