General Structure
The Surf N Turf Open is a 3-round resurrection tournament. Team rosters are fixed, and all casualties and injuries are repaired between rounds.
This tournament uses the Blood Bowl 2020 rules and the NAF 2023 Tournament rules.
As this tournament is intended as a practice for the upcoming NAF World Cup in Alicante, Team creation rules will be identical to those described in the 2023 World Cup Rules Pack.

NAF memberships are $5 and a NAF representative will be on-site, so you can sign up and receive your gift at registration.

Teams will be created using the World Cup 2023 rules (pages 2-4).

However, this is an individual tournament rather than a squad-based tournament, so coaches may bring any team or stars they would like to without worrying about duplication.
Tournament Structure and Scoring
The tournament is 3 rounds, with teams scoring points each round as follows:
Win: 3 pts
Draw: 1 pt
Loss: 0 pts
For tie-breaking and tracking “most casualties,” casualties caused by fouls or a player being pushed into the crowd are counted.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for the following categories:
Winner - Team with the best record. Tiebreakers: overall tournament score, Delta in Cas, Delta in TD, Cas inflicted, TD Scored, Coin flip.
