No cards or wizards. Everything else is allowed, and you're encouraged to look at all your options! :)

Skills cost their usual TV amounts
Max of 6 secondary skills (does not apply to stunties, your LEGEND does not count toward this limit)

Star players:
Mega-stars, with the honorary inclusion of Cindy Piewhistle, are not allowed.
Hired stars will play for both teams if hired for both.

Mercenaries:
Coaches are encouraged to hire up to two mercenaries for their team, using the rules in the Death Zone rulebook. These players may NOT have their stats reduced to lower their cost. All other variations and rules allowed as written... including GIANTS!
Please note that you can not take more than one of any certain type of mercenary.

Team Composition:
You may have a total of 16 rostered players.
A total of 4 of these roster slots may be filled by players outside your normal race's team roster.
Coaching staff that can potentially join the pitch do not count toward this limit.
Riotous Rookies can still take you over 16 players.
If your LEGEND is available for a drive, they MUST be put on the field. No Hiding in the dugouts for these showboats.

Skills:
One player *MUST* have 6 added skills/stats, This player is your LEGEND. Go crazy, build this player however you want. No limitations, at all, yes... really.
Two players may have 3 added skills.
Two players may have 2 added skills.
All other players may have only ONE added skill.
Block, Dodge, Wrestle and Tackle may be applied to as many players as you'd like. For all other skills, there is a repeat maximum of 3.
Please note that mercenary skills are chosen by you, and count towards this 3 repeat limit.

Stats:
In addition to your LEGEND. You may have two players with a single stat increase each.
Normal Stat Limits apply.
Stat boosts count as one skill and CAN be used on your 2-3 skill players.

*Gorkton decides once again to rearrange someone's face.
Once per HALF: After declaring a Blitz Action, Gorkton loses Grab and gains Frenzy, Pile driver and Dirty player +1 for this turn.

Weather: Top Table will roll starting weather for all tables.

As we are playing in stadiums found, and subsequently built, inside a gold mine. The subterranean weather chart will be in effect across all games.
May the gods have mercy on your players should an 11 or 12 be rolled.

Awards:
To win an award the coach must play in all rounds. Tiebreakers will be determined by the Tournament Organizer as needed. The Tournament Organizer reserves the right to adjust the winners in the best interest of the tournament. (For example, if a coach would win two awards one of the awards may be given to another coach.)
Goldmine Champion - First place team in standings with the most overall points
Runner-up - Second place team in standings with the most overall points
Clean-up Crew - Coach that finished lowest in standings with the fewest overall points
Warpstone Miner - Team who received the most fan favorite votes
Best Offense - Team that scored the most TDs
Most Brutal - Team that caused the most Casualties from Blocking
Stunty Cup - Stunty team with highest overall points

Sportsmanship
We are here for the fun of the game. Sportsmanship is not only encouraged from the coaches, it is required! We all have bad luck occasionally, but bad behavior will be addressed by the Tournament Organizer.

Fouling 16 turns in a row, stalling, or running up the score is not poor sportsmanship, but gloating and ridiculing your opponent is.

The Last Word
The Tournament Organizer will be the final arbitrator for any interpretation of the rules. The rules may change without notice.
